Indiawood is primarily a business to business trade exhibition for woodworking professionals to source machineries, technologies, products and services.
The exhibition is open to trade and business visitors only. For security and safety reasons, the general public and minors below the age of 18 will not be allowed admission. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry without being required to give reasons.
Indiawood is free to attend for all trade visitors.

Bengaluru International Airport (BIA) is about 45 kilometers away from Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). The airport is conveniently connected to Bangalore city. There are several and easily accessible transport options available to reach the desired destination.
If you were staying close to the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, then airport taxis would be a better option.

Metro also known as Bangalore Metro is the rapid transit system for the city of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. To reach the exhibition centre take the Green Line to Nagasandra Station. From there you can take the bus to reach BIEC. Travelers accommodated in Bangalore East or West can change from the Purple Line to the Green Line at KempegowdaStation.

A multi-cuisine food court will be operational at BIEC during Indiawood 2024. The fast food outlets will operate from ground floor of Food Court and Food Plaza in different locations inside BIEC and will be highlighted with direction signages. The fast food outlets and a specialty restaurant will operate from the ground and first floor of the food court respectively. In addition, dry snack bars will operate from Exhibition Halls. Bottled drinking water will be available from food counters.
First Aid room with medical assistance including doctor and ambulance, in case of emergency, will be available at BIEC during the fair period, including pre & post exhibition period.
